— Our Engagements

Three distinct ways we work with you

Each engagement is scoped, deliverable-defined, and designed to fit the company's existing pace of work — not to disrupt it.

SVC-01 Customer Journey Mapping

Customer Journey Mapping Session

A facilitated working session that charts the actual path a customer takes — from first awareness through to the ongoing relationship. The session captures touchpoints, people involved, materials the customer sees, and moments the team itself flags as worth attention.

  • Single readable journey map as deliverable
  • Short narrative note from the session
  • Structured around your team's own observations
RM 720 Enquire
SVC-02 Market Research Synthesis

Market Research Synthesis Engagement

A focused engagement that gathers publicly available information, industry reports, and your company's own internal notes on a chosen market segment — then organises them into a coherent reference document, structured by theme with open questions flagged.

  • One consolidated reference document
  • Organised by theme, not by source
  • Open questions noted for planning conversations
RM 1,650 Enquire
SVC-03 Feedback System Design

Feedback System Design Program

A multi-week program that helps you design a structured way to collect, organise, and review customer feedback. Covers what to ask, where to ask it, how to store responses, how often to review them, and how to close the loop — all designed to work inside your existing tools.

  • No new platforms required
  • Covers collection, storage, review, and response
  • Delivered over multiple structured sessions
RM 3,800 Enquire

— Why Slatebridge

What makes the work useful

Advisory work is only as good as its outputs. We keep our process anchored to deliverables and to the people who will actually use them.

B-01

Clear deliverables, defined scope

Every engagement has a named output. You know what you are getting before the work starts, and the scope does not shift without discussion.

B-02

Works within your existing setup

We do not introduce new platforms or tools unless you ask for them. The work is designed around what your team already uses.

B-03

Facilitated, not imposed

Sessions draw from the knowledge already in the room. The consultant's role is to surface, organise, and document — not to prescribe from the outside.

B-04

Readable outputs, not dense reports

Deliverables are formatted so they can be read and used by the team without a debrief call. Plain language, practical structure.

B-05

Malaysia-based context

We work with businesses operating in the Malaysian market. References, examples, and approaches reflect the operating environment here.

B-06

Respectful of your team's time

Sessions are structured and time-boxed. Preparation materials are shared in advance. The work does not drag past what is needed.

— Common Questions

Questions we hear often

What kind of companies do you typically work with?
Slatebridge works with small to mid-sized businesses operating in Malaysia, typically in services, professional practices, or companies with customer-facing teams. If you are preparing for a planning cycle, expanding into a new segment, or finding that internal feedback is not reaching the people who need it, our engagements tend to be a reasonable fit.
How long does an engagement take?
The Customer Journey Mapping Session is typically a single half-day. The Market Research Synthesis Engagement usually runs one to two weeks depending on the scope of the segment. The Feedback System Design Program spans multiple weeks and is structured around your team's availability. We confirm timelines before any engagement begins.
Do I need to prepare anything in advance?
For the Journey Mapping session, we will ask a few orienting questions beforehand so the session time is used well. For the Research Synthesis engagement, we ask that you share any internal notes or documents you already have. Preparation expectations are always communicated clearly when we confirm the engagement.
Are prices fixed or subject to variation?
The listed prices apply to standard scopes as described. If your situation involves a particularly large team, multiple business units, or a significantly different scope, we would discuss that in an initial conversation and confirm pricing before proceeding. There are no hidden add-ons within the described scope.
How is the output delivered?
All deliverables are provided as formatted documents — typically PDF and an editable format — sent directly to the agreed contact at your company. For the Journey Mapping session, the map is usually accompanied by a short written note covering what the team observed and any questions raised during the work.
Is our company information kept confidential?
Yes. We do not share client information, internal documents, or session content with any third party. All engagements are covered by a confidentiality agreement, which we provide before the work begins.
